While a specialist in Mediterranean, Thai and Japanese cuisine, our Chef, Julie Rabemanantsoa retains a pronounced taste for local and traditional food products, enabling her to find the perfect alchemy by combining other faraway flavours.

She draws her inspiration from her atypical career (The prestigious Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi, L’auberge des Saints Pères 1 *, Le Mirazur 1*, etc.) to “spice” the French traditional cuisine with a new approach to Asian cooking.

She is leaving the MayaBay of Monaco, where she has been since its opening, to create Arôme Piment and share her passion with us.
