Every tuesday, you will realize different Sushi you could bring back home for your family or friends!
You will learn:
- Technics of cooking rice & its preparation
- How to choose , clean & cut the fishes
- The "Savoir-Faire" of Sushi, Maki, Temaki Sushi & Sashimi
The course has to be booked one week in advance.
