Few examples of menus for a minimum of two persons (wine not included). Tides, season, and most of all, your desires, will dictate the menus.

  • Truffle soft boiled egg on a nest of three-mushroom salad (Paris, Shitake and Chinese)

     

  • Veal carpaccio, shavings of Foie gras, wasabi dressing & roasted black sesame sauce

     

  • Line-fished bass with local lemon confit, basket of baby vegetables

     

  • Grapefruit sherbet dumpling/Green tea in Vodka
